Exchange and Return
One of the most difficult aspects of running a small business is reverse logistics. In addition to being expensive, it also has a large carbon footprint, ripped packing, a chance of product damage, and longer lead times. We will be pleased to provide you with reviews, pictures, and assistance in selecting the ideal fit.
On the off chance that you might need to exchange a product or return it in the event that you received a defective product, an incorrect product, or a damaged item, kindly submit a request via email to adorncollection.in@gmail.com or via WhatsApp on +91-93428 40150, stating your order details and the reason for the exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the product.
Once the exchange or return is approved, kindly courier the product back to us at your own cost to the following address:

The product needs to be unused, in its original packing, with the product tags still on, in order to be returned. Please make sure to return the order and any freebies or gifts you may have received with the pair. Once we receive the products at our warehouse, we will examine the product and process the exchange or return.

In case of an exchange, we will dispatch the appropriate replacement after examining the product returned from the customer. In the unlikely event that we are unable to replace your purchase within 5 working days, you will receive a 3-month store credit or coupon code.

In case of a return, we will examine the product once received at our warehouse and then provide you with a 3-month validity store credit or a coupon voucher.

Please be aware that we do not issue cash refunds or online refund in case of an exchange or a return of our product as per our policy.
