All our products are handmade by artists who are experts in their craft. Each of our product’s beauty comes from the fact that they are made of plant-based components. Since most of the components are natural, every product is distinct. Its natural texture and inherent variations make the material all the more appealing. Please note that there may be some colour variations from what you see on screen. To assist you, we have included various product photographs.

We only accept online payment via Credit/Debit cards (MasterCard and Visa only), Net banking and UPI. We are currently not accepting any Cash on Delivery orders.
Shipping Policy
As a small company, we work with a number of courier partners depending on the size of the product, the location of shipment, and other factors. Before being shipped, each order is securely wrapped and inspected.

All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business working days and will be delivered between 5 and 12 working days

Event-specific delivery delays in Standard Shipping can happen when there are municipal limitations, public holidays, lockdowns, severe storms, natural disasters, etc., we will give you a call or send you an email if this happens
Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel your order for any reason, please notify us within 24 hours and we will take care of it on your behalf. The amount of your payment will be returned to your card or account within 3-4 working days. A transaction fee of 10% of the order value will be subtracted from the refund amount if your request is received after 24 hours.
Any request to cancel an order may be accepted or rejected by the company at its discretion.
Bulk Orders and International Orders
We maintain a limited quantity of stock to ensure quality control and minimise wastage. For bulk orders (more than 5 pieces) and international orders, please email us at adorncollection.in@gmail.com. Exchanges and returns are not accepted for these orders. We request to get in touch with us before placing such orders.
